JOHNLEONARD has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Accounting Clerk to join our client’s friendly and inclusive team. This full-time role comes with an attractive salary range of $52K-$58K and a comprehensive benefits package.

As an Accounting Clerk, you will post all of the firm’s cash receipts to client/matters and general ledger accounts in the Aderant Expert time and billing system. You will also research and identify miscellaneous cash receipts and prepare and distribute the daily cash receipt report.

  • Prepare and distribute the daily cash receipt report
  • Process all accounts receivable write-offs

  • Prior accounting experience
  • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
  • Exceptional organization skills, attention to detail, flexibility, and reliability to set priorities, manage multiple responsibilities, and work well under pressure
  • Ability to assume responsibility for assigned tasks with follow-up and follow-through and work in an efficient and timely manner
  • Basic math skills and an understanding of basic accounting principles
