As Chief HR Officer, you will serve as the human resources leader and key advisor to senior management. You will also develop and drive an integrated people strategy that aligns with the business strategy of growth, development, and culture transformation.

During your first few weeks in this HR role, you can expect to begin work on some of the following:

  • Develop and drive an integrated people strategy
  • Provide input on organizational design, workforce planning, and succession planning
  • Support the integration of new acquisitions and/or mergers and all business opportunities
  • Oversee recruitment efforts to attract and retain all support staff
  • Develop and manage effective onboarding, training, and L&D programs

 

To apply for this Chief HR Officer position, you will need a BA/BS degree, 15+ years of HR management, and experience working in a nonprofit organization. SHRM-SCP Certification is highly desired. You will also require:

  • Project management skills
  • Experience in a wide range of human resources issues
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in HR software and tools for managing HR processes
