Salary Range: $139K-$188K based on location and experience
Schedule: Full-time | Monday-Friday | 9-5

Job Overview

Our client, a leading global law firm, is seeking an experienced Communications Manager to lead firmwide public relations, brand strategy, and internal communications initiatives. This role is ideal for a dynamic, collaborative professional who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and is passionate about strategic storytelling, digital marketing, and team leadership.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, marketing, or a related field
  • 7–10 years of experience in communications, PR, or marketing within a law firm or professional services environment
  • Proven success in managing and mentoring a team 
  • Exceptional project management, writing, editing, and presentation skills
  • Strong understanding of media relations, content marketing, and digital communication trends
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and adept at managing multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
  • Collaborative and professional communicator with the ability to work effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Willingness to travel as needed to other firm locations

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated communications and public relations strategies aligned with business goals
  • Advance brand visibility through media outreach, social media engagement, and thought leadership content
  • Oversee production of digital and print marketing collateral, ensuring a unified brand voice
  • Manage the firm’s awards and surveys program, promoting key achievements and industry recognition
  • Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to highlight firm news, client successes, and employee initiatives
  • Guide and mentor team members, fostering professional growth and maintaining high engagement
  • Identify opportunities to promote the firm’s commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through storytelling and internal initiatives
  • Partner with external agencies to enhance campaign effectiveness and visibility
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all communications
