They are seeking a dedicated and experienced Family Law Legal Administrative Assistant to support their dynamic Domestic Relations Group.

Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Family Law and/or Domestic Relations legal support
- In-depth understanding of probate and domestic relations litigation procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Experience with document management systems (preferred)
- Excellent communication, time management, and client service skills
- Ability to maintain professionalism and empathy when handling sensitive family matters
- Strong attention to detail, punctuality, and reliability
Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal administrative support to attorneys in a busy Family Law practice group
- Draft and transcribe legal documents, correspondence, and court filings
- Manage and maintain case files; scan, file pleadings, and track case progress
- Schedule court appearances, client meetings, depositions, and mediation sessions
- Maintain attorney calendars, ensuring all deadlines and appearances are up to date
- Serve as a point of contact for clients, experts, and opposing counsel
- Track billable hours, process attorney reimbursements, and prepare partner billing
- Assist with trial preparation, including exhibit organization and witness coordination
- Coordinate post-case file management and document disposition
