JOHNLEONARD has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Help Desk Administrator to join our client’s welcoming and friendly law firm in Boston. This full-time Administrator role offers a salary of $65K-$75K and many excellent benefits.

The Help Desk Administrator will work in the firm’s Information Technology Department reporting to and supervised by the Manager of End User Services / Technology. In this Help Desk Administrator role, you can expect to take on some of the following:

  • Provide exceptional full-service technical support for end users
  • Troubleshoots and diagnoses problems through resolution to minimize downtime of applications, hardware, and personnel
  • Provide accurate records of each call in a service management tracking tool
  • Maintain asset database for all IT-related hardware
  • Work with the Manager to recommend training programs based on calls to assist end-users better

To apply for this Help Desk Administrator role, you will need a high school diploma or its equivalent and 3 years of experience working in a technology Help Desk position. You will also require:

  • Professional experience and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office 2013 and 2016 Suite
  • Law firm or professional services experience
  • iManage and or FileSite experience is desired but not a must
