As a Human Resources Assistant, you will provide administrative support to all aspects of the firm’s human resources function. If you were already in this Human Resources Assistant role, here are some areas you might have been working on this week:

  • Oversee and maintain updated electronic filing systems, including personnel files, benefits and invoice files and general HR compliance files
  • Assist with administrative aspects of benefits management and administration
  • Administer performance evaluation process firm-wide, including creating and distributing review forms and compiling and distributing feedback
  • Assist HR Manager in employee relations and performance management meetings as appropriate
  • Manage professional staff PTO program in compliance with firm policies, including reviewing and approving requests and monitoring balances.
