The Legal Assistant will join the Boston office as part of a collaborative, team-oriented environment. This Legal Administrative Assistant hybrid role offers a generous salary of $65K-$80K and a benefits package for your dedication.

In this Legal Assistant role, you’ll take on general administrative support for multiple attorneys and communicate with clients, court, counsel, and others.

During your first few weeks in this Legal Administrative Assistant role, you can expect to begin work on some of the following:

  • Facilitate conflict checks and open new matters
  • Review, process, and submit monthly client invoices
  • Create and organize physical and electronic binders
  • E-file in State and Federal Courts
  • Track court schedules and calendars and assist with trial preparation

  • 3+ years of administrative experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Excel
