JOHNLEONARD is seeking a full-time Legal Executive Assistant to support several Real Estate attorneys in our client’s Real Estate Department in Boston. This exciting opportunity offers a salary of $75K-$100K and excellent benefits.

As an Executive Legal Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative support and serve as a right hand to the attorneys in the management of their real estate practices. In this Legal Administrative Assistant role, you can expect to take on some of the following:

  • Serve as the right-hand to each attorney in the administration of their real estate practices and the service of their clients; develop and maintain a deep understanding the practices and clients
  • Draft, format, proofread, and edit legal documents, PowerPoint presentations, and Excel spreadsheets; ensure accuracy of details
  • Take initiative to proactively assist attorneys with their practices and with administrative tasks, including calendaring, conflict checks, and communications
  • Monitor and manage attorneys’ calendars and diaries for time-keeping purposes
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, events, and travel

To apply for this Legal Executive Assistant position, 10+ years of executive assistant and/or legal administrative experience is required. You will also need:

  • Expertise in Microsoft Word (styles), Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Comprehensive understanding of PDF (Kofax, Adobe) functions
  • Willingness to develop a deep understanding of the real estate practice and clients
  • Top-notch client service skills – for both internal and external clients
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
