In order to apply for this Legal Recruitment Manager role, a minimum of 5 years of attorney recruitment experience in a law firm, a proven record of recruiting Equity Partners, and strategic growth planning and development is required.

During your first few weeks in this Legal Recruitment Manager role, you can expect to begin work on some of the following:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for all attorney hiring
  • Conduct proactive lateral searches by utilizing a variety of search methods
  • Review resumes and make recommendations to firm leadership
  • Schedule and attend interviews; collect feedback from interviews
  • Act as the main contact for candidates and referral sources throughout recruitment, onboarding, and integration

In addition to 5+ years of attorney recruitment, strategic growth planning, and development experience in a law firm, you will also need:

  • Proven success in recruiting Equity Partners
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or advanced degree from an accredited college or university
  • Knowledge of Boston and New England legal market
  • Experience working with search firms, law schools, and internship programs
  • Technical skills in applicant tracking systems and online job boards
