JOHNLEONARD has an exciting opportunity for a friendly and welcoming Litigation Administrative Assistant to join a successful medical malpractice law firm in Boston. The Legal Assistant role comes with a salary range of $50K-$65K.

As a Litigation Administrative Assistant, you will perform various administrative tasks and clerical duties supporting the firm’s litigation assistants. Your responsibilities as Litigation Administrative Assistant will include but are not limited to:

  • Preparing documents, pleadings, and correspondence
  • Data entry in case management software
  • Answering telephones
  • Filing
  • Providing full-time front desk coverage during the receptionist’s vacations

To apply for this Administrative Assistant role, you will need an undergraduate degree and 1 year of office experience. Litigation experience is a big plus. You will also require the following:

  • Excellent MS Office skills
  • A professional, flexible, and adaptable demeanor with the ability to prioritize and multitask
  • The ability to work as part of a team
