Requirements
- 4+ years of complex commercial litigation experience
- Experience in business and partnership disputes, construction law, employment issues, land use, and real estate disputes, and breach of fiduciary duty claims strongly desired
- Strong oral/written communication and interpersonal skills
- Genuine interest in business development and networking
- Able to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
