JOHNLEONARD is helping a New England-based law firm find a Litigation Associate Attorney to work in their Boston office. This full-time Associate hybrid role offers an attractive salary of $110K-$130K and a benefits package for your dedication.

As a Litigation Associate, you will work collaboratively on a wide variety of cases with attorneys at all levels to solve problems and achieve superior results. You will be joining an inclusive and diverse practice, including complex matters related to commercial disputes, product liability, intellectual property, product liability, and health care.

During your first few weeks in this Litigation Associate role, you can expect to begin work on some of the following:

  • Work professionally with clients and team members
  • Understand federal and state court rules and practice
  • Research and draft memoranda and briefs
  • Handle discovery responses, requests, and disputes in complex matters


To apply for this Litigation Associate Attorney position, your soft skills, expertise, and experience should include:

  • Juris Doctor and licensed to practice law in Massachusetts
  • 2-3 years of litigation experience as an attorney
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience researching and drafting memoranda and briefs
  • Superior time management and organization skills
  • Ability to research and learn new substantive legal topics
  • Experience handling discovery responses, requests, and disputes in complex matters
