The Legal Administrative Assistant will handle a high volume of scheduling and calendar management. Some medical malpractice and/or insurance defense knowledge is preferred but not required. You will also manage very active and busy caseloads and type and file litigation documents.
Our client is looking for an Assistant with 3+ years of Admin/ Legal Admin experience, superior organization skills, and great MS Office Suite skills. You must be able to work in a deadline-oriented environment and manage and juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.
