About the Opportunity

Our client, a growing Boston law firm, is seeking a Marketing & Growth Coordinator to support firmwide marketing, business development, and growth initiatives. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, creative professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and is eager to build a long-term career in professional services marketing.

The Marketing & Growth Coordinator will work cross-functionally with marketing, business development, recruiting, and professional development teams. With recent investments in rebranding, website redesign, and training programs, this is a high-visibility opportunity to contribute to strategic growth initiatives already in motion.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of marketing experience (professional services or law firm experience preferred)
  • Proficiency in Canva, WordPress, Google Analytics, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word
  • Working knowledge of email marketing platforms and Microsoft Excel
  • Exceptional attention to detail with strong proofreading and quality-control skills
  • Resourceful and self-directed with the ability to research, troubleshoot, and problem-solve independently
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills in a deadline-driven environment
  • Professional judgment and ability to represent our client positively at all times
  • A strong eye for design, branding, and visual consistency
  • Collaborative, reliable, and adaptable with a growth mindset

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update the website, ensuring content accuracy, strong user experience, and SEO optimization
  • Coordinate the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, advertisements, presentations, and event collateral
  • Support award submissions, rankings, and industry surveys from start to finish
  • Assist with marketing communications, including email marketing campaigns and social media content
  • Pull, analyze, and summarize marketing analytics and performance reports to support data-driven decisions
  • Manage attorney job postings and support outreach for lateral hiring initiatives
  • Develop client pitches, proposals, and branded presentations aligned with firm standards
  • Support internal training and professional development programs, including affinity and leadership groups
  • Coordinate internal and external events, managing logistics, vendors, materials, attendee lists, and on-site execution
