Location: Boston Metro, MA | Hybrid, 2-3 remote days/week 
Pay Range: $85K-$110K | Exempt | Bonus Eligible
Schedule: Full-time | Monday-Friday, 9-5

About the Opportunity

A top Boston law firm is hiring a Practice Support Project Manager to drive innovation across litigation technology, eDiscovery operations, AI-enabled workflows, and trial support. The ideal candidate brings a superior work ethic, proactive communication, and a passion for delivering streamlined, technology-forward legal support.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of experience in a mid-to-large law firm or equivalent legal services environment
  • Expert-level knowledge of litigation support, case management, discovery, evidence management, and related software systems
  • Proficiency with AI technologies and their application in legal workflows
  • Experience with Relativity, Case Notebook, or comparable review platforms
  • Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA) or Certified E-Discovery Specialist (CEDS) preferred
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Kofax Power PDF Advanced, iManage/FileSite, and database administration
  • Exceptional analytical, interpersonal, communication, and judgment skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong organizational and time-management capabilities

Responsibilities

  • Manage small and large eDiscovery matters from collection through production
  • Provide discovery and eDiscovery consulting at all levels, including developing discovery plans, budgets, and technology workflows
  • Deliver ongoing litigation technology support, including database design, quality control, and trial preparation
  • Lead and advise attorneys on Technology Assisted Review (TAR) using Relativity’s Review Center and AI suites
  • Oversee and collaborate with third-party vendors throughout the discovery lifecycle
  • Develop and implement best practices for litigation technology and AI solutions
  • Participate in ongoing training, conferences, and vendor events to stay current with emerging technologies
  • Partner with Information Technology teams to recommend new software and hardware
  • Provide training to legal teams on litigation support, discovery workflows, and AI tools
  • Serve as backup for Litigation Support Project Manager and Specialist when needed
  • Support the Manager of Knowledge and Practice Support Services in driving innovative AI initiatives across practice groups
