As a Senior Financial Operations Manager, you will be a vital member of an established team and direct the effort on all operational items. - Prepare, negotiate, manage, and ensure compliance with all vendor contracts, manage vendor relationships, make update/upgrade recommendations, and take the lead on implementation
- Handle daily trading and reconciliation for all equity and fixed-income trades
- Assist the Chief Compliance Officer in ensuring all data is collected and appropriately filed
- Assist and lead in the annual financial audit, surprise custody exam, ADV filing, and insurance review

You will also require excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to drive initiatives and projects forward to successful completion.
