Location: Jamaica Plain, MA | Hybrid – 1-2 remote days/week
Pay Range: $28-$32/hour (temporary) | $75,000 (direct hire)
Schedule: Full-time | Monday-Friday

About the Opportunity

Our client is a leading nonprofit organization dedicated to providing innovative solutions to family homelessness. Their mission is to empower parents and caregivers to secure and sustain housing while building strong foundations for their children’s futures.

The T-DH Executive Assistant will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and provide high-level administrative support to the COO and their team. This role involves managing complex calendars, coordinating internal and external communications, supporting strategic initiatives, and ensuring the seamless execution of daily operations.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree; 7+ years of executive administrative experience may substitute for a degree
  • 3+ years of experience supporting senior leadership in an executive-level office
  • Exceptional attention to detail, critical thinking, and organizational skills
  • Proven project management and communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Smartsheet, databases, or similar tools is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Discretion in handling sensitive information and sound professional judgment

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the COO’s calendar, including scheduling, prioritization, and deadline tracking
  • Facilitate internal and external communications, including drafting correspondence and follow-ups
  • Provide comprehensive meeting support; prepare agendas, presentations, and meeting minutes
  • Coordinate and track special projects and initiatives to ensure timely completion
  • Conduct research, prepare reports, and draft materials, including proposals and PowerPoint presentations
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior staff to support organizational goals
