Our client is seeking a Temporary Administrative Assistant to join an inclusive team in Boston. This position is hybrid (mostly WFH and willing to periodically come in for training and/or assistance with tasks), working Monday through Friday between 9 am and 5 pm.
In this admin role, you can expect to:
- Monitor email & phones; direct inquiries appropriately
- Use the Zammad ticketing system
- Data entry into Raiser’s Edge
- Schedule support for the Director of Stewardship and Development
- Other tasks as requested (possibly including web page updates)
To apply for this position, you will need familiarity with the Microsoft tool suite and familiarity with Raiser’s Edge. You will also need excellent customer service orientation skills, great writing skills, and attention to detail. In addition, you should be comfortable advocating for types of progressive causes, including reproductive justice and abortion, LGBTQ rights, Black Lives Matter, etc.
