Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills
  • Experience in administrative support, operations coordination, or office administration
  • Familiarity with or interest in the nonprofit or social justice sector (preferred)
  • Proficiency with Notion, Slack, and digital filing systems
  • Clear, professional written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote work environment

Essential Functions

  • Draft and manage contracts using established templates, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Process invoices and reimbursement requests with attention to detail and timeliness
  • Maintain electronic filing systems, including survey data and internal documentation
  • Coordinate meeting logistics, such as sourcing hotel room blocks and drafting attendee communications
  • Organize and update document inventories and operational trackers
  • Support internal collaboration through Notion and Slack
