JOHNLEONARD is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Temporary Legal Assistant to join our client’s welcoming and friendly team in Boston. This role is expected to last approximately 3 months, and it comes with an attractive hourly rate.

In your first few weeks in this administrative assistant role, you can expect to:

  • Prioritize work among assignments and meet specific deadlines on projects
  • Print, copy, scan, and save documents as needed
  • Prepare and process expense reports for attorneys
  • Assist with new client/matter intake process and prepare engagement letters
  • Maintain paper and electronic client records in compliance with current policies.
