Skills & Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- 1+ year of administrative experience
- Strong computer skills (Word, Outlook, Excel, as well as the ability to learn new systems)
- Excellent organizational, oral communication, and written communication skills
- Attention to detail/strong working with numbers
- Ability to learn quickly
- Able to work in a team as well as independently
Job Functions
- Assist the office in the process of screening applications
- Complete various tasks related to the organization’s enrollment process
- Write and distribute letters and correspondence
- Maintain an organized data entry system
- Provide general administrative support to office staff
