About the Opportunity
Our client, a leader in the legal services industry, is seeking a detail-oriented, client-focused Office Services Associate to join their fast-paced team. This temporary role supports essential mailroom operations, print production, and office support services at a prominent legal office in downtown Boston.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Adobe software.
- Familiarity with Netdocs and online print submission tools is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Comfortable in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively on complex print jobs.
- Team-oriented with a service-driven mindset and desire to exceed expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate high-volume copiers, scanners, and binding equipment (Canon, GBC, coil binding, spiral, velo, 3-ring).
- Manage complex print production requests, including litigation and finishing jobs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic printer/copier issues.
- Receive, sort, log, and deliver incoming/outgoing mail and packages using tools like PS Track.
- Handle daily USPS mail pickup, FedEx/UPS tracking, and messenger deliveries.
- Support conference room setups, office supply stocking, and hospitality services.
- Perform mail merge jobs involving multiple files and fields.
- Interact with staff at all levels with professionalism and a client-first approach.
- Provide excellent customer service, respond to inquiries, and manage workflows efficiently.
- Ensure accuracy by reviewing proofs and confirming approvals prior to production.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in a legal office environment.
- Work independently and collaboratively to meet project deadlines.
