Pay Range: $86K-$132K | Compensation depending on experience and location
Schedule: Full-time | Exempt | Monday-Friday

Overview

The Content and Social Media Senior Specialist will lead social media strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, and X, creating engaging campaigns and ensuring a consistent brand voice. This role also develops marketing collateral such as web pages, fact sheets, and professional bios while supporting internal communications

Law firm experience is required for this role.

Required Qualifications

  • BA/BS required; 5+ years in social media or communications
  • Law firm experience is required
  • Proven success in social media management and content marketing
  • Strong copywriting and editing abilities
  • Experience with CMS, email management systems, and digital tools
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead social media strategy and content creation for LinkedIn, Instagram, and X
  • Develop and execute campaigns to promote firm initiatives; report on metrics
  • Maintain consistent brand messaging across all channels
  • Provide training on LinkedIn optimization and best practices
  • Produce external marketing materials, including web copy, law firm content, practice descriptions, and bios
  • Collaborate with marketing and visual communications teams to ensure compliance with brand standards
  • Draft and distribute internal communications content
  • Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines and coordinate review processes
