Overview
The Marketing Campaign Manager drives the strategy, execution, and optimization of high-impact marketing and business development campaigns across multiple channels for our client’s Clients & Markets team. The role ensures alignment with firmwide strategic goals, maximizes brand visibility, and delivers measurable ROI. Candidates must be comfortable handling complex campaigns, managing budgets, and creating industry-specific marketing content that elevates the firm’s reputation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 8+ years of experience in legal, technology, management, or market analysis environments
- Proven track record in strategic marketing, campaign management, and business development
- Strong project management and multitasking capabilities
- Exceptional stakeholder management and client-facing skills
- Superior oral and written communication, including drafting, editing, and proofreading professional content
- Ability to deliver world-class service in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Microsoft Suite, Foundation, InterAction, or similar platforms
- High level of discretion and ability to manage confidential matters
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic marketing campaigns targeting key clients and industries (AI, Financial Services, Life Sciences, Technology)
- Collaborate with firm leadership, Clients & Markets, Competitive Intelligence, and Digital teams to define objectives and target audiences
- Allocate budgets, establish timelines, and manage end-to-end campaign execution across digital, print, and interpersonal channels
- Oversee content creation, thought leadership integration, and client-focused outreach
- Ensure strict control of campaign spend and optimize resources for maximum impact
- Measure campaign performance using analytics, market insights, and audience engagement metrics
- Develop playbooks and best-practice guides for internal teams to support business development initiatives
- Partner with Pursuits and Pricing teams on RFP responses and account-specific strategies
- Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and adherence to industry standards
