About the Opportunity
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Temporary Survey Project Assistant to support a short-term data collection and follow-up project. This in-office role focuses on survey tracking, data verification, and customer outreach.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working with spreadsheets (Excel), including filtering and sorting data, and has strong communication skills for interacting with both consumers and medical offices. Bilingual Spanish-English skills are highly desired.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with basic Excel functions (sorting, filtering, data organization)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable with phone-based communication
- Ability to work on-site/in-office
- Bilingual Spanish-English is a plus
Responsibilities
- Conduct survey follow-up calls to confirm completion of required forms
- Communicate professionally with consumers and physician offices via phone
- Maintain and update spreadsheet data, including sorting and filtering
- Ensure accurate data entry and record tracking
- Support overall project coordination and administrative tasks
