An internationally recognized Intellectual Property law firm is seeking a highly motivated IP Litigation Paralegal to support complex, high-impact litigation matters. Skills & Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in IP litigation or complex litigation support
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Experience with eDiscovery tools (e.g., Relativity), Westlaw, PACER, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong understanding of the litigation lifecycle
- Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and time management
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Key Job Functions
- Support all phases of intellectual property litigation, including discovery, trial, and appeal
- Prepare and manage court filings, motions, exhibits, and legal documentation
- Coordinate and manage eDiscovery databases (Relativity or similar platforms)
- Conduct legal research and summarize findings for attorneys
- Assist with trial preparation, including exhibits, witness binders, and logistics
- Track and manage case dockets, deadlines, and litigation workflows
- Collaborate cross-functionally with attorneys, vendors, and internal teams
- Maintain a billable requirement of 1400 hours annually
