Location: Boston Metro, MA | Hybrid – 2 remote days/week
Salary Range: $110K-$165K | Bonus Eligible
Schedule: Full-time | Monday-Friday Exempt
Required: 2+ years of experience practicing education law

A boutique legal practice is seeking a skilled Education Law Associate Attorney to join its collaborative and growing legal team in Boston. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney with experience in education law, special education law, and charter school representation to work alongside respected practitioners in a dynamic, mission-driven environment.
Qualifications & Skills
- A Juris Doctor
- 2+ years of experience in education law
- Experience with special education matters strongly preferred
- Experience representing charter schools preferred
- Familiarity with proceedings before the Bureau of Special Education Appeals (BSEA) is a plus
- Knowledge of employment law matters preferred
- Strong research, drafting, and communication skills
- Active Massachusetts Bar admission or ability to waive in
