Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in a knowledge management, CRM management, or business development operations role within a law firm or professional services environment.
- Proven project management and team leadership experience.
- Proficiency with CRM software, including InterAction, and familiarity with email campaign platforms like Vuture or similar.
- Strong understanding of data integrity, system integration, and contact lifecycle management.
- Ability to communicate effectively, with a positive and client-focused attitude.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
- Capable of managing multiple high-priority initiatives in a deadline-driven environment.
- A passion for legal innovation, data storytelling, and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
CRM Strategy, Innovation, and System Oversight
- Lead firmwide management of the CRM platform (InterAction) and oversee all aspects of data quality, reporting, research, training, and system maintenance.
- Develop and execute a long-term strategy to enhance the use of CRM tools for business development, marketing communications, and client relationship tracking.
- Assess opportunities for CRM system upgrades or transitions to more advanced platforms in alignment with firm goals.
- Drive firmwide engagement and adoption through training programs, strategic messaging, and process improvement.
Data Management & Technology Integration
- Supervise the CRM Data Coordinator and oversee daily data operations, including updates, cleansing, validation, and integration.
- Maintain high-quality data by standardizing entries, removing duplicates, and resolving inconsistencies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align CRM with broader business intelligence platforms and data analytics tools.
Client Communications & CRM Analytics
- Oversee electronic communications processes, including alerts, newsletters, and invitations in collaboration with the Marketing Communications Team.
- Analyze relationship trends and engagement using reporting tools and data visualization platforms.
- Create and manage custom contact intelligence reports, such as alumni engagement and top client tracking.
Training, Support, and Policy Development
- Deliver user-friendly CRM training and technical support to legal and administrative professionals.
- Develop documentation, tutorials, and policy guidance to ensure best practices for CRM use across the firm.
- Champion a client-centric, data-informed culture that fosters innovation and collaboration.
