Job Overview

Our client, a leader in the professional services industry, is seeking an experienced Temporary Office Services Lead to contribute to organizational success by upholding high standards of customer service and operational excellence. In this role, you will support the Client Relations Director in ensuring smooth daily operations, while training, motivating, and supervising the office services team.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 2+ years of supervisory experience in office services, customer service, or related industries
  • Proven leadership and people management skills, including performance coaching and mentorship
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent time management, conflict resolution, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy
  • Professional, positive, and client-focused demeanor
  • Commitment to confidentiality and security of client information

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage workflow and delegate tasks to Office Services Associates
  • Train, mentor, and supervise team members to build a positive and productive workplace culture
  • Develop and maintain strong communication with management, clients, and team members
  • Ensure timely responses to client requests and maintain client satisfaction
  • Monitor and quality-check print, copy, scan, and mail services
  • Handle incoming client calls and correspondence with professionalism
  • Support cross-training initiatives and team development
  • Assist in maintaining strong morale and engagement within the team
