Our client, a leading family law firm in the legal services industry, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Family Law Attorney to join its growing team. Qualifications & Skills
- 3–5+ years of family law experience required
- Licensed to practice law in Massachusetts
- Proven courtroom experience in domestic relations matters
- Strong legal writing and research skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
- Excellent ability to communicate effectively
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and empathy
- Committed to high standards of client advocacy and ethical legal practice
Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients in divorce, custody, child support, modification, and other family law matters
- Prepare and draft legal documents, motions, and settlement agreements
- Appear in court across Massachusetts and advocate effectively for clients
- Collaborate with senior attorneys, paralegals, and support staff
- Manage client communications with compassion, efficiency, and professionalism
- Work independently while contributing to a supportive and team-driven culture
