Essential Functions

Prospecting & Lead Generation

  • Identify and engage prospective customers through cold outreach, social selling, and strategic networking
    Research and qualify leads aligned with the ideal customer profile
  • Build consistent top-of-funnel momentum to support revenue targets

Sales Qualification & Meeting Booking

  • Qualify inbound and outbound opportunities by understanding customer needs and business challenges
  • Clearly articulate the value of AI-driven fintech solutions
  • Schedule and transition qualified meetings to Account Executives with well-documented handoffs

Customer Application Support

  • Guide prospective customers through the application process from start to finish
  • Ensure timely collection and submission of required documentation
  • Respond to inquiries and resolve issues to maintain a high-quality customer experience
  • Maintain accurate CRM records of customer interactions and application status
