A prominent law firm is seeking a forward-thinking Business Solutions Analyst to join its Knowledge Management (KM) team. This role sits at the intersection of legal operations, technology, and data strategy, translating business needs into scalable, user-focused solutions.

Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a law firm or legal services environment
- Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
- Strong understanding of legal workflows and practice group operations
- Experience with knowledge management systems, legal tech platforms, or process automation tools (e.g., Power Automate, NeotaLogic)
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Expertise in process mapping, documentation, and solution design
- High level of organization, adaptability, and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Comfort working with data-driven insights and AI-enabled technologies
Key Job Functions
- Gather and analyze requirements from attorneys and business teams to identify workflow inefficiencies and knowledge gaps
- Translate legal and operational needs into functional requirements for legal tech solutions
- Identify opportunities to leverage data, knowledge management, and AI tools to improve outcomes
- Support design and implementation of KM systems, including practice portals, document libraries, and knowledge repositories
- Define use cases, success metrics, and support pilot programs for new tools
- Assist in building matter-centric knowledge frameworks and content strategies
- Identify and document AI use cases across practice groups
- Support the development of prompt frameworks, training materials, and adoption strategies
- Monitor AI tool performance, user engagement, and associated risks
- Act as a liaison between Knowledge Management, IT, and business stakeholders
- Support implementation and optimization of enterprise platforms (DMS, experience databases, AI tools)
- Document process workflows, system integrations, and data governance standards
- Develop knowledge taxonomies, metadata frameworks, and content lifecycle processes
- Assist with vendor evaluations and legal tech solution assessments
- Support change management initiatives to drive adoption and user engagement
