Location: Boston Metro, MA
Salary Range: $90K-$120K
Schedule: Full-time, 35-hour work week | Monday-Friday, 9-5
Required: Background as an attorney, nurse, or other qualified nursing professional with demonstrated experience reviewing and analyzing medical records

Join a nationally recognized medical malpractice law firm with a strong reputation for representing plaintiffs in complex medical malpractice cases. This growing organization is seeking a Case Reviewer/Medical Analyst to support the evaluation of prospective clients and potential claims.
Qualifications & Skills
- Prior professional experience reviewing and analyzing medical records is required
- Background as an attorney, nurse, or other qualified nursing professional; an advanced degree is preferred
- Experience in medical malpractice, legal case evaluation, utilization review, clinical documentation review, or a related field is preferred
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with the ability to synthesize complex medical information
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Superior interpersonal skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Key Job Functions
- Screen prospective client inquiries and conduct detailed new-client intakes
- Review and analyze medical records and other electronic documentation
- Identify significant medical, factual, and legal issues relevant to potential claims
- Evaluate potential medical malpractice cases and assist with case intake and assessment
- Research medical topics and synthesize complex information into clear, concise findings
- Communicate with prospective and existing clients throughout the case evaluation process
- Collaborate with attorneys and medical experts to evaluate potential claims
- Manage multiple matters, competing priorities, and large volumes of electronic records
- Maintain accurate, organized, and confidential case documentation
