About the Role:

Our client, a nationally recognized, top-ranked law firm known for excellence in trial litigation and corporate law, is seeking a Corporate Associate Attorney with 3 to 5 years of relevant legal experience. This position offers a unique opportunity to join a dynamic and collaborative legal team in Boston.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor and license to practice law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts

3 to 5 years of experience in corporate law, including contract and loan documentation, business formations, and M&A or general transactions

Experience in bankruptcy law is a plus

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Familiarity with corporate law software and legal research tools

Key Responsibilities:

Review and analyze contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance

Conduct loan document reviews for a variety of business transactions

Support entity formations and assist with related documentation

Work on a range of corporate and business transactions as part of the firm’s Corporate Practice Group

Utilize corporate support software to complete assignments efficiently

Contribute to legal research and writing tasks as needed
