About the Opportunity

A prominent local banking institution is seeking a Digital Banking Manager to lead and optimize digital banking operations, cash management services, and customer experience initiatives.

This role is ideal for a results-driven leader with expertise in digital banking platforms, regulatory compliance, and operational strategy, ready to enhance efficiency, mitigate risk, and drive innovation.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of operations experience in banking or financial services
  • 3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience
  • Strong knowledge of digital banking platforms, cash management, and deposit regulations
  • Experience with core banking systems (e.g., COCC or similar)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills

Key Job Functions

  • Manage daily digital banking operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely completion of all functions
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team, including performance management and workload optimization
  • Oversee general ledger reconciliations and ensure operational integrity
  • Ensure prompt resolution of customer inquiries, issues, and escalations
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and digital banking support
  • Act as a subject matter expert for digital banking products and services
  • Oversee cash management services, including onboarding, maintenance, and compliance documentation
  • Authorize and monitor wire transfers and ACH transactions in accordance with regulatory standards
  • Analyze transaction activity, recommend service enhancements, and pricing strategies
  • Ensure adherence to banking regulations, including BSA, AML, CIP, OFAC, and Regulation E
  • Monitor and resolve fraud alerts, compromised accounts, and claims
  • Conduct compliance reviews, audits, and risk assessments, implementing corrective actions as needed 
  • Manage relationships with digital banking vendors and technology partners
  • Oversee updates, enhancements, and maintenance of ATM/ITM systems and digital platforms
  • Identify opportunities to improve system performance, automation, and operational workflows
  • Prepare and deliver Board reports and operational insights
  • Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
  • Continuously enhance policies, procedures, and digital banking processes
