Schedule: Full-time | Monday-Friday, 9-5
Position Overview
A boutique law firm specializing in sophisticated estate matters is seeking an Estate Planning Attorney with 5+ years of Estate Planning and Probate experience to join its high-performing team. This position offers the opportunity to work with high-net-worth clients, draft complex estate planning documents, and prepare gift tax returns.
Qualifications & Skills
- 5+ years of Estate Planning and Probate experience as an attorney
- Experience working with high-net-worth individuals and families
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- LL.M. in Taxation preferred
- Admission to practice in Massachusetts required
- Demonstrated ability to build and nurture client relationships
- Strong interest in business development and long-term partnership opportunities
- Ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining precision
Key Responsibilities
- Meet and communicate with clients, advisors, and related stakeholders
- Draft advanced estate planning documents and related materials
- Prepare gift tax returns
- Provide exceptional client service with proactive communication and timely follow-up
- Collaborate with attorneys and team members while also managing work independently
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
