A mission-driven consulting firm is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to serve as a strategic partner to the CEO. This position plays a critical role in business operations, growth strategy, and executive support.

Key Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior leadership
  • Experience in a startup or small business environment preferred
  • Strong proficiency with SaaS tools, AI tools, and modern productivity platforms
  • Excellent written communication and executive presence
  • Proven ability to manage events, projects, and stakeholder relationships
  • Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize based on business impact and anticipate needs

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendar management, inbox management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
  • Prepare executive briefings, reports, and meeting materials
  • Track and support the execution of strategic initiatives and leadership priorities
  • Assist with quarterly and annual business planning
  • Coordinate RFPs, proposals, and submission timelines
  • Support pipeline tracking, client communications, and follow-ups
  • Assist with partnership development and outreach initiatives
  • Lead logistics for corporate events, conferences, and client engagement initiatives
  • Manage event scheduling, materials, and post-event follow-ups
  • Collaborate on marketing campaigns and brand visibility efforts
  • Support cross-functional collaboration across sales, operations, and leadership teams
  • Maintain systems for tracking KPIs, priorities, and internal communications
  • Contribute to a strong, connected office culture
