A respected law firm is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to support daily HR operations, employee programs, and executive-level administration. This is an excellent opportunity for an administrative professional with experience in human resources, employee onboarding, and office administration who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Â
Qualifications & Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in human resources
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Knowledge of HR confidentiality requirements and experience handling sensitive information with discretion
- Excellent organizational, prioritization, and multitasking skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data entry and recordkeeping
Key Job Functions
- Maintain confidential HR files, employee records, and I-9 documentation
- Coordinate new hire onboarding, orientation materials, and employee file setup
- Assist with benefits administration, including annual open enrollment
- Process and manage employee-related benefits and firm invoices
- Provide executive administrative support, including calendar management for leadership
- Collaborate with senior leadership to prepare confidential presentations, insurance renewals, and contract documentation
- Coordinate recruitment activities, including interview scheduling, job postings, and candidate communications
- Maintain HR resources, printed materials, and internal HR content
- Manage library and print-related materials
- Assist with planning and coordinating employee and firm events
- Coordinate employee recognition initiatives, special programs, and appreciation activities
- Support additional administrative and HR projects as assigned
