Salary Range: $150K-$170K
Schedule: Full-time | Monday-Friday, 8:30-5
Required: Massachusetts Bar admission and strong academic credentials

A boutique education and employment law firm representing public schools, public employers, and private employers is seeking a Labor & Employment Associate Attorney admitted to the Massachusetts Bar. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney interested in labor law, employment law, education law, and public sector law to work alongside some of the most experienced attorneys in these practice areas in Massachusetts.
Qualifications & Skills
- Massachusetts Bar admission required
- Strong academic credentials
- Excellent legal research and writing skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Interest or experience in labor law, employment law, education law, or public sector law preferred
Key Job Functions
- Handle matters involving labor and employment law, including issues affecting public-sector and education clients
- Conduct legal research and draft legal memoranda, correspondence, and other documents
- Analyze complex employment and labor issues and provide thoughtful legal guidance
- Manage multiple matters and deadlines while working independently
- Communicate effectively with attorneys, clients, and other stakeholders
- Support public school, public employer, and private employer clients on legal matters
