Salary Range: $55k-$70k
Schedule: Full-time | Monday-Friday | 9-5

About the Opportunity
We are seeking a detail-oriented Legal Assistant to support the Regulatory Practice Group and other teams as needed. This role focuses on regulatory filings, legal document preparation, document production, case coordination, and administrative support.
The ideal candidate is organized, collaborative, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2+ years of legal assistant or related professional experience.
- Strong Microsoft Office and Adobe skills.
- Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work independently and collaboratively.
- Positive, team-oriented approach with strong ownership and follow-through.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and organize legal documents, correspondence, exhibits, and discovery logs.
- Support regulatory filings and administrative hearing preparation.
- Coordinate document production, including digital files, printing, binding, and distribution.
- Track case deadlines, hearing dates, and filings.
- Maintain electronic filing systems and legal records.
- Coordinate with attorneys, paralegals, clients, agencies, and vendors.
- Manage billable time and legal billing requirements.
- Support workflow improvements and general office needs.
- Maintain client confidentiality and professional standards.
