Our client, a boutique litigation firm, is growing its team with a motivated Litigation Associate Attorney seeking hands-on experience in complex product liability and personal injury litigation.

Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience as a practicing litigation associate attorney
- Experience in plaintiff-side litigation, prosecutor’s office, or trial-based environments preferred
- Exceptional legal writing, analytical, and research skills
- Strong time management, attention to detail, and organizational abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced law firm environment and communicate effectively
- Willingness to work overtime as needed to support case outcomes
Key Functions
- Conduct comprehensive legal research and case analysis
- Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and memoranda
- Prepare for and conduct depositions
- Support and manage case discovery processes
- Assist with trial preparation in complex litigation matters
- Collaborate closely with senior attorneys on case strategy
