Location: Boston Metro, MA | Hybrid – 2 remote days/week
Salary Range: $80K-$110K
Schedule: Full-time | Monday-Friday, 8:30-5 | Non-exempt

About the Opportunity

A well-established personal injury law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support a high-performing team handling complex personal injury matters. With decades of success representing injured clients, the firm is known for exceptional case preparation, strategic advocacy, and a collaborative, results-driven culture. 

Qualifications & Skills

• 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience, preferably within personal injury law
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage a litigation caseload
• Strong understanding of the litigation lifecycle, from case intake through trial
• Experience handling discovery, document review, evidence management, and trial preparation
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently and collaboratively

Responsibilities

• Manage and support a caseload of active personal injury litigation matters
• Conduct investigations and gather evidence to establish liability and damages
• Coordinate and track discovery, subpoenas, medical records, and litigation deadlines
• Draft, review, and file legal documents, pleadings, motions, and correspondence
• Maintain accurate case records within case management software and document management systems
• Communicate regularly with clients, witnesses, experts, medical providers, and opposing counsel
• Organize and analyze medical records, discovery responses, and evidentiary materials
• Prepare deposition summaries, exhibits, trial notebooks, and courtroom materials
• Assist attorneys with trial preparation, court filings, and litigation strategy
• Monitor case progress and proactively identify issues, deadlines, and opportunities for advancement
• Ensure compliance with court rules, filing requirements, and internal procedures
