Position Overview
Our client, a growing law firm, is seeking an experienced Real Estate Attorney to support a balanced caseload of commercial and residential real estate transactions.

Qualifications & Skills
- A JD and admission to the MA Bar in good standing
- 5+ years of experience as a Real Estate Attorney or in real estate law
- Strong background in commercial real estate and residential real estate transactions
- Demonstrated expertise in conveyancing, title review, and closing processes
- Working knowledge of lender rules and regulations
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and client counseling abilities
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate real estate contracts, including purchase and sale agreements, leases, and deeds
- Conduct title examinations and resolve complex title issues
- Oversee and manage real estate closings from start to finish
- Handle conveyancing processes, including probate transfers
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal real estate laws and regulations
- Collaborate with lenders, brokers, and government agencies to facilitate transactions
- Support or manage foreclosure proceedings and property-related litigation, as needed
- Manage multiple real estate transactions simultaneously with a high degree of accuracy
