Location: Boston, MA | On-site 5 days/week
Pay Rate: $25-$27/hour
Schedule: Full-time, flexible schedule options with occasional overtime
- Four days per week: 9:45 a.m.–7:00 p.m.
- Five days per week: 11:30 a.m.–7:00 p.m.
Required: 1+ year of experience in food service, hospitality, catering, or corporate food services

About the Opportunity
One of Boston’s top law firms is seeking a T-DH Food Services Assistant to support its Food Services Department. This opportunity is responsible for food and beverage service, pantry and lounge upkeep, conference room setup, and event support for clients, guests, attorneys, and business professionals.
Qualifications & Skills
- 1+ year of experience in food service, hospitality, catering, or corporate food services
- Strong customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Ability to provide efficient, discreet, and professional service in a corporate environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a busy, time-sensitive environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage competing demands, and meet deadlines
- Ability to interact professionally with colleagues and guests at all levels
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software and applications
- Ability to lift and push carts or items weighing up to 40 pounds
- Flexibility to work occasional overtime and adjusted hours as needed
- Willingness to wear a uniform
Key Responsibilities
- Clean, organize, and stock pantries and lounges daily
- Assist with the setup, service, and cleanup of meals and events, including breakfasts, lunches, and dinners
- Prepare conference rooms and deliver and retrieve food and beverage carts
- Coordinate and deliver last-minute meals for individuals and groups
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional environment
- Provide responsive hospitality and customer service to clients, guests, and internal teams
- Support additional Food Services Department responsibilities as needed
