JOHNLEONARD has an immediate opening for a Temporary Bilingual Receptionist who is fluent in Spanish and English to support their client’s front desk operations. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a fast-paced administrative and customer service environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must be bilingual in Spanish and English
- Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer service role preferred
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a professional office setting
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming and organized front office environment
- Handle mail distribution and perform basic clerical tasks
- Provide bilingual support to both internal staff and external guests
