Location: Boston Metro, MA | Hybrid – 3 remote days/week 
Pay Range: $30-$32/hour DOE
Schedule: Full-time | Monday-Friday | ~6 month assignment

About the Opportunity

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Temporary Leave Coordinator to support PFML (Paid Family and Medical Leave) and ADA administration during a critical coverage period. This role plays a key part in maintaining accurate records, ensuring compliance, and supporting the timely processing of employee requests.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in structured, process-driven environments and can step in quickly to provide consistent support.

Required Qualifications

  • 1-2+ years of experience as an LOA coordinator or specialist in a high-volume environment
  • Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or HR operations
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage repetitive, accuracy-driven tasks
  • Comfort working across multiple systems and dashboards
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Reliable, organized, and able to work independently with minimal oversight
  • Availability to work 2 days onsite per week

Essential Functions

  • Perform high-volume data entry into PFML spreadsheets with a high degree of accuracy
  • Access and update information within the DFML dashboard
  • Enter and maintain records for:
    • New applications
    • Approval decisions
    • Denial decisions
    • Change requests
  • Monitor and manage ADA mailbox communications, including:
  • Reviewing and responding to messages
  • Monitoring incoming faxes
  • Ensure all PFML and ADA records are updated accurately and in a timely manner
  • Maintain confidentiality and compliance with internal processes and regulatory standards
