Schedule: Full-time | Monday – Friday, 8-5 or 9-6

About the Opportunity
Our client is seeking a Temporary Mobile Associate to support daily office operations as a floater across departments. This role is ideal for someone with office services experience who enjoys variety, works well independently, and consistently delivers excellent client service.
Key Qualifications
- Prior office services, administrative, or copy center experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently and asking clarifying questions
- Reliable, adaptable, and professional in a corporate environment
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
- Must be able to pass CORI
Essential Functions
- Greet and assist guests and visitors in a professional manner
- Complete print and scan requests accurately and efficiently
- Support multiple departments as an office services floater
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through attention to detail
- Manage tasks independently with a strong sense of urgency
- Identify issues and act as a problem solver to keep operations running smoothly
