Location: Boston, MA | Hybrid – 1 remote day/week after training

Qualifications & Skills
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in MA
- Proven experience as an Estate Planning Attorney
- Strong knowledge of estate planning, trusts, wills, probate administration, probate court procedures, and tax law
- Experience advising high-net-worth clients is highly desirable
- Excellent legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Key Job Functions
- Advise clients on estate planning strategies tailored to their goals
- Draft and review wills, trusts, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, and other estate planning documents
- Ensure compliance with estate, gift, and tax laws and applicable probate procedures
- Represent clients in probate court proceedings when needed
- Collaborate with financial advisors, accountants, and other professionals to develop comprehensive estate plans
- Maintain timely, professional communication with clients throughout the planning process
- Stay current on changes to estate planning, probate, and tax laws
- Manage client files and documentation with exceptional accuracy and confidentiality
