Position Overview
A respected Cambridge-based civil litigation practice is seeking a skilled Associate Attorney with 5+ years of civil litigation experience to join its team. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex employment and business litigation matters in a supportive, well-regarded environment.
The ideal candidate is proficient in discovery, depositions, and motion practice, with experience navigating both federal and state courts. Key Qualifications & Skills
- 5+ years of litigation experience
- A JD and admission to the MA Bar
- Strong writing, analytical, and courtroom skills

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage a robust caseload involving civil litigation, employment law, and business disputes
- Conduct legal research, oversee discovery, take and defend depositions, and prepare motions
- Represent clients in state and federal court proceedings
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and contribute to strategic case planning
