We’re thrilled to announce our Temporary of the Month for May: Shardae Highsmith!
Shardae joined the JOHNLEONARD team in April 2025, eager to return to the workforce after a career break. She quickly stepped into a remote Reimbursement Specialist role with a nationally regarded medical institution, where she supports medical billing and claims submissions, identifies access to healthcare coverage and benefit programs, and delivers exceptional customer service across the organization.
With a strong background in healthcare customer service, Shardae has brought valuable expertise to the role, clearly supporting her success. She continues to excel in this role today and is regarded by her supervisor as a true asset to the organization.
